Atty. Rodolfo R. Waga, Jr. is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate, securities, labor, administrative, and civil law, with particular emphasis on contracts and joint ventures. He brings to his practice decades of experience in both private practice and corporate legal management.

He previously served as Head of the Legal Group of First Philippine Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed power and energy company, and has likewise held academic posts at the University of the Philippines College of Law, San Sebastian College of Law, and Xavier University College of Law. He is also a co-author of the Handbook on Contract Drafting.

Atty. Waga obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, where he graduated among the Top 10 of his class, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Xavier University.
